Coaching is a professional partnership focused on personal and professional development. Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical care, or consulting. If you are in a state of psychological crisis, I recommend seeking support from a mental health professional.
Individual coaching sessions (60–75 minutes), strategy sessions (3 hours), session packages — all formats are discussed and agreed individually during the intro call.
The first call (30–40 minutes) is free of charge. Its purpose is to get acquainted, clarify your request, and understand whether coaching fits your situation. This call is not a coaching session and carries no obligations.
The cost of services, payment method and timing are determined individually and confirmed in a separate agreement before work begins.
Cancellation or rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours' notice before the session. Later notice or no-shows will be counted as a completed session.
Everything discussed in sessions remains confidential. The exception is situations where there is a risk to the life or safety of yourself or others.
Coaching outcomes depend on the client's active participation and willingness to work toward their goals. The coach is not responsible for decisions made by the client during or after sessions.
These terms are governed by Italian law.
